Week of May 8th
Get a good night's rest the WEEK of the ACT, just not the night before. Studies have shown that just one night of good sleep does not make up for several days of not enough sleep, a.k.a. SLEEP DEBT.
Get at LEAST 8 hours of sleep starting one week prior to the ACT test date. It may not seem like an important factor, but not being well rested can cost 5 or more points on the ACT.
